Dual-Position Pneumatic Zero-Point Base Plate for Multi-Fixture CNC Workholding

Product Features:

3. Repeat positioning accuracy <0.005 mm;
4. Pressure source can be disconnected during use. Clamping force remains stable.
5. The exhaust port is generally not used; it can be used for pressurization when required.
6. This model does not include airtightness testing; customization is available if airtightness testing is required.
7. This model can be directly used for three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis installations. The unlocking port is designed for

four-axis installations and does not require a rotary oil distributor.
