1. Prepare tools and cut off the vehicle air source and power supply, release the residual air pressure in the pneumatic system to ensure safe operation.
2. Remove the old clutch booster, disconnect the air inlet pipeline and hydraulic pipeline, and clean the pipeline interface to avoid dust and impurities entering the system.
3. Align the mounting flange of the new VIE clutch booster with the chassis mounting position, fix the bolts symmetrically and tighten them to the standard torque to avoid deviation and vibration.
4. Connect the air inlet pipeline and hydraulic pipeline correctly, install protective caps on the air ports, and ensure all interfaces are sealed firmly without looseness.
