Installation Steps
1. Turn off the vehicle air supply system completely before installation, and exhaust all residual compressed air in the vehicle air circuit to avoid air pressure impact during disassembly and installation.
2. Disconnect the clutch hydraulic oil pipe and air pipe connectors of the old clutch booster in turn, mark the pipeline positions to avoid wrong connection during reinstallation, and then remove the old faulty booster.
3. Align the mounting holes of the new 1608010‑FF61W075 75mm clutch booster with the vehicle mounting bracket, fix the bolts evenly with standard torque, and do not over-tighten to prevent thread damage and shell deformation.
