Installation Instructions

1. Before installation, cut off vehicle air supply and completely release residual compressed air from the whole air circuit.

2. Remove the old clutch booster, disconnect air pipelines and hydraulic oil pipeline one by one, mark each pipeline position for reassembly reference.

3. Align the mounting holes of new VIE clutch booster with the vehicle mounting bracket, fasten fixing bolts with proper torque. Do not over‑tighten bolts to prevent thread damage.

4. Re‑connect the hydraulic oil pipe and all air pipelines according to previous marks, make sure all pipe joints are tightened to prevent air leakage and oil leakage.

5. Fill clutch hydraulic oil, bleed air from the clutch hydraulic circuit completely to eliminate air bubbles inside the pipeline.

6. Re‑store vehicle air supply, check all joints for air leak and oil leak. Manually test clutch pedal travel, confirm smooth clutch action before vehicle trial run.

Cautions

1. Confirm part number DZ9112230181 and 102 mm cylinder bore match your vehicle model before purchasing and installation. Wrong specification will cause abnormal clutch operation.

2. Do not use worn or cracked air hoses and oil pipes during installation. Replace damaged pipelines together if necessary.

3. Keep the inner part and joint surface of booster clean. Prevent dust, grit and impurities from entering inside the unit, which may lead to valve blockage.

4. Strictly use qualified clutch brake fluid. Never mix different types of hydraulic oil.

5. After installation, road test the vehicle. If you feel soft clutch pedal, slow response or air‑leak sound, stop driving immediately and re‑inspect pipe connections and air‑bleeding status.

6. Regularly inspect booster for oil leakage, air leakage and diaphragm ageing in daily vehicle maintenance. Replace parts once abnormal phenomenon appears.
