Installation Steps
1. Cut off the vehicle air supply and release residual pressure inside the clutch pipeline.
2. Remove the old clutch booster and thoroughly clean the installation contact surface.
3. Align the new clutch booster with mounting holes and tighten fixing bolts evenly.
4. Correctly connect air pipelines and hydraulic oil pipelines.
5. Add qualified brake fluid into the clutch system and fully bleed air from the pipeline.
6. Test the flexibility of the clutch pedal and check all joints for air and oil leakage before formal operation.
Important Notes
1. Do not force installation or skewed assembly, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to internal components.
2. All pipeline joints must be tightened reliably to avoid pressure loss.
3. Air bleeding must be completed after installation; incomplete exhaust will lead to heavy clutch or incomplete separation.
4. Regularly check the sealing status and brake fluid level during daily driving.
5. It is forbidden to use inferior brake fluid, which will accelerate the aging and failure of the rubber diaphragm.
6. Check the push rod stroke after installation to ensure the clutch works within the normal stroke range.
