1. Prepare professional installation tools, cut off the vehicle air supply and release the residual air pressure in the pneumatic system to ensure safe construction.
2. Remove the old clutch booster, disconnect the air pipeline and hydraulic pipeline, and thoroughly clean the pipeline interfaces to prevent impurities from entering the system.
3. Align the flange of the new 1608010‑FF61W090 clutch booster with the chassis mounting hole position, fix the bolts symmetrically and tighten them to the standard torque to avoid uneven stress.
4. Correctly connect the air inlet pipeline and hydraulic pipeline, install protective caps, and confirm all interfaces are tightly sealed without looseness or leakage risks.
5. Adjust the length of the square-head push rod and lock the nut tightly to calibrate the clutch working stroke, ensuring complete separation and tight combination of the clutch.
6. Restore the vehicle air source, start the engine, and repeatedly step on the clutch pedal for trial operation to check for air leakage, oil leakage and abnormal jitter.
7. Test the gear shifting operation under idle speed and low-speed driving conditions. After confirming the clutch works smoothly and sensitively, the installation is completed.
