The 4 Axis version of DY-3015 is a high performance double column machining center. The overall rigidity of this machine is excellent. The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi M80 numerical control system. This system is easy to operate which can greatly shorten the production preparation cycle and also reduce the requirements on the technical proficiency of workers, but also can improve the processing efficiency and ensure the quality of processing. Workers only need to recompile and input the new program to meet the requirements of the processing object when the processing ogject changes, which can realize the rapid transformation of different workpiece processing. All the castings of the machine have been secondary tempered to provide the machine excellent rigidity to ensure there are no deformation problems during the precess of processing. This machine also equiped a high rigidity and precision spindle. The materials of the spindle can absorb vibration to ensure the machining accuracy and quality.
