The DY-3015 is a high performance double column gantry type machining center which has high precision and high rigidity characteristics. Gantry milling machine processing accuracy and productivity are high, suitable for batch and mass production of large workpiece processing plane and bevel. The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi M80 numerical control system. The system is simple to operate, not only can improve the processing efficiency and productivity, but also can ensure the quality of processing, which can greatly shorten the production preparation cycle and reduce the requirement of technical proficiency of workers. The machine bed is horizontally arranged, and the columns and connecting beams on both sides of the machine form the milling machine of the door frame. The overall rigidity of the machine is also very excellent. All castings have been secondary tempered to provide excellent rigidity and stability to the machine.
