The 5 axis DY-3015 is a double column gantry type machining center which has high precision and automated characteristics. The machine has the characteristics of high automation, which can quickly switch between different machining workpiece. Numerical control equipment The system that we choose is Mitsubishi M80 numerical control system. The system is simple to operate, which not only greatly improves the processing efficiency, but also reduces the labor cost and reduces the technical requirements for workers. All castings are secondary tempered to provide excellent rigidity to overall machine. This machine equips a high speed and precision spindle. The speed of the spindle is up to 6000RPM and the maximum cutting feed speed is up to 7000RPM. The materials of the spindle can absorb vibration which can effectively avoid accuracy problems cause by vibration that generated during the processing process. The load capacity of this machine is excellent. It can carry out high load processing due to the 9T load bearing capability.
