Production Line Requirements & Process Overview
The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts, and an 8 cubic meter air compressor is required. The line can accommodate base paper with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
Production Process

The folding rollers and other components feed into the folding section. After folding, the semi-finished paper strips pass through the automatic folding mechanism, which completes the folding tail and related processes. The folded semi-finished paper strips are then transferred via the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing, shaping, and similar operations. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
