Installation Requirements & Capacity

The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory must supply no less than 50 kilowatts of electricity and be equipped with an 8 cubic meter air compressor. The line accommodates base paper rolls with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.

Production Process Overview

The folding rollers and other components feed into the folding section. After folding, the semi-finished paper strips pass through the automatic folding mechanism, which handles the folding tail and related processes. The folded semi-finished strips are then transferred via the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing, shaping, and other operations. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
