Automatic Facial Tissue Packing Machine — Single Pack Tissue Wrapping Equipment

The MJ-AS-301 Handkerchief Bundling Machine is a fully automatic production line designed for high-efficiency facial tissue cutting, folding, and packaging. It integrates parent roll feeding, embossing and perforating, folding, conveyor buffering, single pack packaging, and case packing with palletizing into one continuous process.

Facility Requirements & Production Capacity

The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory requires an electricity supply of no less than 50 kilowatts and must be equipped with an 8 cubic meter air compressor. The line can accommodate the production of base paper with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.

Production Process Details

The folding rollers and other components lead the paper into the folding section. The semi-finished paper strips after folding are processed by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and other processes. The folded semi-finished paper strips are then sent to the post-processing section through the conveying system for pre-pressing, shaping, and other processes. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically sent to the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
