Line Requirements & Production Process
  • The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters.
  • The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kW.
  • An air compressor delivering 8 cubic meters of air is required.
  • The line accommodates base paper with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
Production Process

The folding rollers and other components lead the web into the folding section. The semi-finished paper strips are then folded by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and related processes. After folding, the semi-finished strips are transferred by the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing, shaping, and similar operations. Finally, the processed semi-finished strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
