High-Speed Automatic Facial Tissue Packing Line with PLC & Gear Control

This fully automatic production line handles the complete tissue converting process — from parent roll feeding through to case packing and palletizing. Built around a PLC and gear control system, the line delivers consistent output, fast changeovers, and reliable performance for high-volume facial tissue and handkerchief production.

Production Process

Parent roll feeding → embossing & perforating → folding → conveyor buffering → single pack packaging → case packing & palletizing

MJ-AS-301 Handkerchief Bundling Machine

The bundling machine collects and wraps folded tissue into single packs, forming the core of the packaging line. It works in sequence with the folding and cutting units to maintain a continuous, uninterrupted flow.

Installation Requirements & Production Capacity
  • The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters.
  • The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts.
  • An air compressor with a capacity of 8 cubic meters is required.
  • The line accommodates parent (base) paper rolls with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
Production Process Details

The folding rollers and other components lead the material into the folding section. After folding, the semi-finished paper strips pass through the automatic folding mechanism, which completes the folding tail and related processes. The folded strips are then transferred by the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing, shaping, and other operations. Finally, the processed semi-finished strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
