Facility Requirements & Production Process
The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts, and an 8 cubic meter air compressor is required. The line can accommodate the production of base paper with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
Production Process

The folding rollers and other components lead the material into the folding section. After folding, the semi-finished paper strips are processed by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and other operations. The folded semi-finished paper strips are then sent to the post-processing section through the conveying system for pre-pressing, shaping, and related processes. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
