Automatic Handkerchief Folding & Pocket Paper Production Line

The MJ-AS-301 handkerchief bundling machine is a fully automatic production line designed for handkerchief and pocket tissue manufacturing. It integrates parent roll feeding, embossing and perforating, folding, conveyor buffering, single-pack packaging, and case packing with palletizing into one continuous process.

Facility Requirements & Production Process
The production line covers an area of about 100 square meters. The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts, and the line needs to be equipped with an 8 cubic meter air compressor. It can accommodate the production of base paper with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.

Production Process: The folding rollers and other components lead the paper into the folding section. The semi-finished paper strips are folded by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and other processes. The folded semi-finished paper strips are then sent to the post-processing section through the conveying system for pre-pressing, shaping, and other processes. Finally, the processed semi-finished paper strips are automatically sent to the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
