This circuit continuity monitoring system is combined with rapid thermal cycle test room to monitor the product temperature and current.

Power Supply Type | DC Constant Current Power Supply |
Power Supply Number | 12 units |
Current Switching Function | IEC 61215-2:2021 automatically switches current according to the following procedure (red line in the figure below): |
Test requirement part 1 | A 5 N weight capable of being attached to the electrical termination leads of the module |
Test requirement part 2 | Connect the temperature monitoring equipment to the temperature sensors. Connect each module to the appropriate current source by connecting the module’s positive terminal to the positive terminal of the power supply and connecting the second terminal accordingly. During the thermal cycling test, set the continuous current during the heating phase to the technical specification current (see 4.11.2d), for a temperature range from −40 °C to +80 °C. |
During the cooling phase, at the −40 °C dwell stage and when the temperature is above 80 °C, the continuous current shall be reduced to no more than 1.0% of the measured STC peak power current for monitoring continuity. If the temperature rises too quickly at the lowest temperature (exceeding 100 °C/hour), the application of current may be delayed until the temperature reaches −20 °C. | |
