Traditional yuba production requires the selection of high-quality soybeans, which are soaked, ground, and boiled, then left to stand in a constant temperature environment of 80°C until a protein-rich oil film forms on the surface of the soy milk. It is then picked up with bamboo poles and dried in the sun to ensure that each layer of yuba is of uniform thickness and complete nutrition.
