Will the screw rotors be easily damaged during long-term 1.3MPa high-pressure operation?
AIRERA has specifically reinforced the high-pressure series airend. We use oversized bearings and optimized rotor profiles to withstand the increased axial forces caused by high pressure. Combined with the low-speed drive of the 22kW motor, this minimizes wear and ensures an exceptionally long service life even under full 1.3MPa load.
The pressure range is 0.8-1.3MPa. Is it easy to adjust the pressure?
It’s very simple. Through the AIRERA intelligent control panel, the user only needs to set the target pressure in the menu. The VSD inverter automatically calculates and matches the optimal speed. If you only need a standard 0.8MPa air supply for certain tasks, simply lower the setting, and the machine will immediately run at a more energy-efficient frequency.
Does AIRERA have a special design for the oil-injected cooling system for high-pressure conditions?
Higher pressure means more concentrated heat. We have equipped the 22kW high-pressure model with a triple-linkage cooling system: a high-power fan, an aluminum radiator with an extra-large heat exchange surface, and an intelligent thermostatic valve. This ensures that even during continuous air production at 1.3MPa, the lubricant does not carbonize and maintains optimal lubrication and sealing.
