20m/Min MDF Multifunctional Hot Melt Roller Coater Wide Practicability
This machine is specially designed for surface paint coating of panel furniture and MDF, particularly for coating water-based paint on MDF surfaces.
This machine adopts two sets of sponge roller coating system, with large coating volume, strong covering power and good fullness.
The conveying motor and frequency converter of this machine adopt imported brands or well-known domestic brands (customers can choose to match).
Sponge roller coating wheel is convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble. The distance between steel wheel and sponge roller can be adjusted by worm wheel and worm, and display is installed at the same time.
This machine is easy to operate and has wide practicability.
Technical Specifications
Material: The shell is made of 1.5mm steel plate by bending and welding, surface treated with liquid paint, and supporting wall made of 20cm steel plate (A3 material).
Coating Part: Double-group roller coating system is adopted. Each group system includes steel roller and sponge wheel. Each group of roller coating system can be lifted and lowered independently.
Coating Roller: Diameter: ￠250mm, length: 1470mm, made of high-quality Japanese sponge, wear-resistant, good elasticity, hardness can be customized (30-50 degrees), and can withstand various solvents. High-quality coupling transmission, bearing adopts KHV bearing, Taiwan Delta frequency converter controls the speed of rubber roller.
Measuring Wheel: Diameter: ￠130mm, length: 1470mm, using 45# seamless steel pipe welded by CO², surface finely ground and dynamically balanced, runout less than 0.05mm, surface electroplated and polished to achieve bright effect. Direct plug-in connection transmission.
Conveying Roller: Power: 1.5KW, diameter: ￠130mm, length: 1320mm. 45# seamless steel pipe welded by CO², surface finely ground and dynamically balanced, runout less than 0.05mm, surface hard chrome electroplated and polished. Direct plug-in connection transmission.
Conveyor Belt: Green PVC flat conveyor belt is adopted, which has stable conveying and long service life.
Conveying Speed: 5-20m/min
Working Height: 0-850mm (belt height from ground), equipped with position indicator.
Control System: 5 sets of RV reducers and 5 sets of Delta frequency converters, each roller can be adjusted independently.
Electrical Components: Delta frequency converter, CHNT contactor, RV reducer, motor, and other domestic famous brands meeting international safety standards.
Safety Features: Leakage circuit breaker, motor overload protection, emergency switch, control circuit fuse, etc. in line with international safety standards.
