Product Overview
This 9KW 850mm Height Wood UV Roller Coating Machine is designed for filling various wood materials including solid wood, original planer board, medium density planer, or other substrates using waterborne UV light curing filling technology. The machine effectively fills holes in plates to achieve smooth surfaces while scraping away excess paint. Automated recycling eliminates manual filling, significantly improving production efficiency.

Surface hard chrome plated and polished for bright effect. Direct plug-in connection drive integrated with drive motor.
2 Cots Diameter: ￠240mm, Length: 1420mm. Made of Japanese high-quality rubber, wear-resistant, elastic. Hardness customizable between 30-50 degrees according to customer requirements. Resistant to various solvents.
3 Metering Wheel Diameter: ￠150mm, Length: 1420mm. Using 45# seamless steel tube CO² welded, surface fine grinding, dynamic balance with runout less than 0.05mm. Surface hard chrome plated and polished for bright effect. Direct plug-in connection drive integrated with drive motor.
4 Conveyor Roller Power: 2.2KW, Diameter: ￠130mm, Length: 1320mm. 45# seamless steel tube CO² welded, surface fine grinding, dynamic balance with runout less than 0.05mm. Surface polished after hard chrome plating. Direct plug-in connection drive integrated with drive motor.
5 Material Shell made of 1.5mm steel plate bending and welding, surface treated with liquid paint. Supporting wall made of 20cm steel plate (A3 material).
6 Transmission System Dutch imported plane anti-skid PVC belt, adjustable speed 5-20m/min. High-quality coupling transmission, KHV bearings. Controlled by Taiwan Delta frequency converter.
7 Control System Six sets of driving power for separate speed driving. Equipped with BNC motor and reducer.
