A slip ring assembly designed for aerospace and military applications must operate reliably in the most rugged environments. It is required to withstand high vibrations and shocks, operate across a wide temperature range, and offer robust environmental sealing capabilities. Electrically, it must meet challenges such as high-speed data transfer, extremely low contact noise and resistance, and effective EMI shielding within demanding space constraints.
