The JDJ Series Oil-Immersed Voltage Transformers (models JDJ-3, JDJ-6, JDJ-10) are single-phase, oil-filled high-voltage transformers designed for 10kV and below power systems at 50Hz. ·Widely used for electric energy metering, voltage measurement, and relay protection. ·Oil-immersed insulation ensures excellent dielectric strength, stable performance, and long service life. ·Built to operate reliably under harsh environmental conditions with minimal maintenance. ·Fully compliant with IEC and GB standards, providing high precision and safety for critical power distribution systems.
Service conditon ·Altitude: ≤1000m ·Ambient temperature: -5°C ~ +40°C ·Relative humidity: ≤85% at 20°C ·Vibration resistance: Passes 0.4g test (equivalent to 9-degree earthquake) ·Application: Indoor use in high-voltage power systems Construction & Features ·Oil-immersed insulation system: Provides high dielectric strength and heat dissipation. ·Core & windings: Primary and secondary windings concentrically wound on laminated silicon steel core. ·Oil tank design: Sealed structure filled with insulating oil, maintaining 10–15mm clearance between oil and cover. ·High- & low-voltage bushings: Lead wires brought out via bushings for easy wiring and reliable operation. ·Maintenance access: Equipped with oil-filling plug and sealed cover to prevent leakage. ·Durability: Resistant to temperature fluctuations and environmental stress.
