Description

WNS series 1.25mpa 10t/h water tube diesel steam boiler

The main body of WNS series steam boiler is a shell-type full wet back and three-pass pyrotechnic pipe structure. The flame burns in a large combustion chamber with slight positive pressure, and the combustion is sufficient, the furnace heat load is low, and the emissions of harmful substances SOX and NOX are small.
The structure of the corrugated furnace and the threaded smoke tube not only improves the strength and strengthens the heat transfer effect, but also satisfies the needs of thermal expansion of each part. The use of new thermal insulation materials, light weight, less heat loss, and good thermal insulation performance.
The water level alarm uses stainless steel as the electrode rod and polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulating material. Insert from above, it is not easy to hang dirt, reliable performance and long service life. The front and rear smoke boxes are connected by hinges, which can be opened easily, and the maintenance is convenient and quick.
