Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy (approximately 67% Ni and 23% Cu) renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance across diverse environments. This alloy offers excellent mechanical properties and can be fabricated through hot- and cold-working, machining, and welding processes.

The Monel 400 base tube combined with aluminum fins in a wound fin tube configuration creates an optimal solution for heat exchanger applications in demanding industries including marine, chemical processing, power generation, and aerospace.
