1. HT300 cast iron is used as the main foundation parts such as base, sliding seat, workbench, column and spindle box; The base is of box type structure, and the compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and shock absorption performance of the foundation; The A-type bridge span column and the internal grid bar effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy of z-axis strong cutting; The base parts are molded with resin sand and aging treatment, which guarantees the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.
2. The X, y and Z-direction guide rails are heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails, which have the characteristics of high speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise and so on. With automatic forced lubrication, the accuracy and life of the machine tool are improved;
3. Z-direction counterweight balance to ensure smooth and stable movement of headstock; The z-direction drive motor is provided with a power loss braking device;
4. The X, y and Z directions are fed by high-precision and high-strength internal circulation double nut preloaded ball screw with large lead, and the feed speed is high; The drive motor is directly connected with the lead screw through the elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits the power to the high-precision ball screw without back clearance to ensure the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;
