TCK40 High Precision Small Metal Slant Bed CNC Lathe Machine

Description:

The TCK40 is a high-precision, compact CNC slant bed lathe engineered for efficient machining of small-to-medium shaft, disc and sleeve parts. Adopting a 45° integral cast iron bed (HT300 material) with resin sand casting process, it features a reasonable internal rib layout, delivering exceptional rigidity, vibration resistance and thermal stability. Equipped with imported high-precision linear roller guides and C3-grade ball screws, the lathe ensures smooth movement, low friction and precise positioning, with a repeatability of ±0.003mm
