TCK4645Y Slant Bed Turning Center High Speed CNC Automatic Lathe Machine

Features:
1. 30 degrees slant bed CNC lathe,higher accuracy Taiwan linear.
2. Chip conveying capacity is large and convenient, customer could choose chip conveying in the front or in the back.
3. Screw pre-stretching structure.
4. 12 station servo tools tower. With 12-station turret (optional live tooling), it completes multi-process machining in one clamping, reducing errors and improving efficiency by 30%-50%.

Usages:

The TCK4645Y is mainly used for batch processing of precision rotary parts (disc, sleeve, shaft types). With 12-station turret (optional live tooling), it can complete multiple processes in one clamping, including turning, milling, drilling, threading, grooving and parting. It is easy to operate with CNC system, suitable for mass production with high precision requirements.
