Product Description

ACEY-SP1200 battery stacking and compression machine is designed for stacking, compressing, and strapping prismatic lithium battery cells. The machine supports flexible parameter settings for different battery models, provides high positioning accuracy, and ensures safe operation through multiple protection mechanisms. It is suitable for prismatic battery module assembly processes requiring consistent pressure control and reliable forming quality.

Operation Process

1. The operator manually places the end plates, insulation plates, and individual battery cells in sequence onto the stacking platform.
2. After stacking is completed, the pressing start button is activated. The control system monitors the pressure sensor signal and drives the electric cylinder to perform automatic compression.
3. When the preset pressing force or stroke distance is reached, the system automatically stops the pressing action.
4. The operator manually straps the upper and lower steel bands to secure the formed battery module.
5. After strapping is completed, the return button is pressed, and the electric cylinder releases the pressure and automatically returns to the standby position.
6. The stacking, pressing, and strapping process is completed.
