The ACEY-SP1200 is a stacking and extruding machine designed for prismatic lithium battery cells. It is suitable for stacking, pressing into shape, and bundling prismatic batteries. The system employs a servo motor, screw module, and planetary reducer to perform the stacking and extrusion process, with a pressure controller governing the operation.
The extrusion stacking thrust reaches over 500 kg, while the machine remains easy to operate. It allows real-time control of both stacking stroke and stacking pressure. Featuring triple protection through software limits, hardware limits, and pressure limits, the device prevents over-extrusion of batteries and offers high precision controllability in the extrusion process.
