ACEY-BS01 Automatic Insulation Paper Sticking Machine is designed for efficient and precise insulation protection of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. It automatically applies barley paper insulation pads or PVC materials to the positive or negative terminals, helping prevent short circuits and improve cell safety during battery pack assembly.

With a quick mold changeover system, the machine can accommodate multiple cylindrical cell sizes, including 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, and 32700, making it suitable for flexible and high-efficiency battery production.
