ACEY-AM11 battery pack assembly equipment is designed for small-batch trial production and prototyping of cylindrical battery packs. It integrates key processes including cell formation and grading, sorting and grouping, welding, BMS testing, battery pack performance testing, aging, and shrink-wrapping, providing a compact all-in-one solution for efficient PACK assembly and verification.

Equipment Structure

Work Flow

1. Cell Formation & Grading
   Cell formation using a 5V 3A, 8-channel formation cabinet.
2. BMS Inspection
   BMS testing is performed according to specifications to ensure compliance before assembly.
3. Internal Resistance & Voltage Testing
   Battery internal resistance and voltage are tested, followed by cell grouping and matching.
4. Cell to Pack Welding
   Series and parallel welding of cells is carried out using a resistance spot welding power supply.
5. BMS Connection
   The BMS is correctly connected to the battery pack using a soldering iron.
6. Battery Pack Comprehensive Performance Testing
   Comprehensive performance testing is conducted on the assembled battery pack.
7. Aging Test
   Charge and discharge aging test using 30V / 10A / 20A test capability.
