The ACEY-PSLC10 is an advanced automatic prismatic battery sorting machine engineered for comprehensive sorting, assembly testing of prismatic cells, and integrated laser cleaning prior to laser welding operations. Featuring belt-driven feeding for simplified battery changeover, this system analyzes and stores test data, accurately rejects defective cells, and efficiently collects qualified batteries into designated receiving slots through precise sorting and matching. The intuitive design ensures easy operator management and streamlined workflow.
