Designed for grading and matching cylindrical cells (14650, 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32700), the ACEY-AS5SP lithium battery sorting machine features a control architecture that combines an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and a highly accurate internal resistance tester. This configuration delivers outstanding precision, strong flexibility, and rapid operation.

When compared with traditional PLC and touchscreen systems, this architecture offers clear benefits in production reporting, equipment communication and integration, model changeover, and production parameter adjustment.
