Equipment Overview
This automatic production line realizes full automatic assembly of high-speed hair dryer motors. The line integrates multiple stations including stator tin dipping & heat-shrinkable tube sleeving, heat shrink & visual inspection, stator coil UV dispensing, housing feeding, bearing assembly, stator fitting, end cap assembly, magnetizing, impeller press fitting, PCB assembly, and withstand voltage testing.
Only rotors are manually loaded; all other materials are auto-fed. The machine automatically completes assembly, inspection and defective product rejection.
