  13. PCB soldering & Hall model inspection

Equipment Features
  1. Inspection after each process with individual item coding. Each product is bound with process parameter data.
  2. Automatic winding and automatic enamel stripping using domestically pioneering technology.
  3. Wire ends are automatically shaped and bent into BASBAH hooks.
  4. Equipped with imported AVIO welding power supply for automatic hook welding and wire trimming. Vision system counts wire ends.
  5. Vision inspection monitors resistance welding quality to guarantee stable welding performance.
  6. High-frequency heating for stators; imported temperature sensors precisely control heating and cooling temperature.
  7. Automatic PCB feeding and assembly. Constant-temperature thermal riveting fixes PCB onto stator housing.
  8. Utilizes COSMIK soldering unit to achieve uniform, neat solder joints and high soldering yield.
  9. Imported air tightness tester and stator performance tester ensure accurate stator performance testing.
  10. High-quality electric actuators monitor pressure and displacement during pressing, generating pressure-displacement curves.
