High Speed Extrusion PET Strap Production Line with 300kg/h Output and ISO 9001 Certification

The PET Strap Production Line is a full-automatic extrusion system created for continuous manufacturing of high-strength PET strapping bands. Extensively applied in packaging, logistics, transport and industrial bundling fields, it produces straps with stable performance, premium quality and precise dimensional control.

Adopting advanced single-screw extrusion technology, the equipment features optimized screw and barrel construction to realize highly efficient plasticization of PET materials. The complete line assembles drying, extrusion, water cooling, stretching, embossing, heating and automatic winding units. A PLC system coordinates synchronous operation to deliver dependable production efficiency.

This production line processes PET pellets, recycled PET bottle flakes and shredded waste PET straps. Multiple adjustable strap width and thickness settings deliver flexible manufacturing solutions to satisfy diverse customer demands.
