The conventional PP Strapping Band Extrusion Line is a fully automatic continuous extrusion production system specially designed for manufacturing high-strength polypropylene packing straps. Widely adopted in commodity packaging, logistics transportation and industrial bundling fields, this equipment realizes precise dimensional control and stable consistent quality of finished strapping products.
This production line is equipped with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with customized screw and barrel structure, which achieves thorough plasticization and melting of PP raw materials. The complete unit is composed of automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying device, preheating & stretching unit, embossing machine and multi-station automatic winding machines. The whole production process is interlocked and synchronized under unified PLC touch screen control, guaranteeing stable operation and high continuous production efficiency.
It supports processing both brand-new virgin PP granules and recycled PP reprocessed materials, and color masterbatch can be added to produce straps with customized colors. The finished PP strap width ranges from 5mm to 19mm, with adjustable thickness between 0.3mm and 1.3mm, which can satisfy diversified bundling demands of multiple industries.
