Our PP strapping band production line is a full-automatic extrusion equipment for continuously producing high-tensile PP packing straps. It serves packaging, logistics and industrial bundling industries with reliable product quality and accurate size control.
Equipped with high-efficiency single-screw extruder, the line realizes ideal plasticization of PP materials. Supporting facilities include water cooling, drying, preheating stretching, embossing and auto winders. PLC centralized synchronization guarantees stable and high-speed production.
Both new PP raw materials and recycled PP materials are available for processing. The finished strap width covers 8mm–19mm to meet diversified customer needs.
