PP Strap Production Line with Single-screw Extrusion 35~110 Kg/hr Capacity and 5~19 mm Width Adjustable for Polypropylene Strapping
  • The ZRPP-90A Standard PP Strap Production Line is fully automatic single-screw extrusion machinery, independently developed for continuous polypropylene strap manufacturing. Commonly used for packaging, cargo bundling, logistics warehousing and industrial strapping, the production line delivers precise dimension control and consistent strap quality via standardized production processes.
  • This production line is fitted with a single-screw extruder adopting optimized screw and barrel design to achieve superior plasticization of PP raw materials. The complete line includes automatic feeding station, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying unit, preheating & stretching system, embossing device and automatic winders. A PLC touch screen system carries out centralized unified control, guaranteeing continuous, stable and highly efficient production.
  • The line supports production with virgin PP pellets as well as recycled PP granules. Color masterbatch can be added to produce straps in custom colors. Finished PP strap width ranges from 5mm to 19mm, and thickness is adjustable between 0.3mm and 1.3mm to meet varied packaging and bundling requirements across industries.
