PP Strapping Band Production Line ZRPP-120A100A

The PP Strapping Band Production Line represents a fully automatic extrusion system developed for continuous production of high-strength polypropylene strapping bands. Commonly adopted for packaging, logistics transportation and industrial bundling scenarios, it ensures stable strap quality and precise dimension control during long-term operation.

This production line is fitted with a high-performance single-screw extruder equipped with customized screw and barrel structure to achieve excellent plasticization of PP raw materials. The whole set consists of water cooling section, drying unit, preheating & stretching device, embossing machine and automatic winding equipment. All modules are coordinated by PLC control system to realize steady and high-efficiency manufacturing.

It supports production with virgin PP pellets as well as recycled PP materials. Straps with widths from 8mm to 19mm can be manufactured flexibly to satisfy various production demands.
