PP Strapping Band Production Line with Material Versatility, Precision Extrusion Design, and High-Strength Polypropylene

The PP Strapping Band Production Line is a fully automatic extrusion system engineered for the continuous manufacturing of high-strength polypropylene (PP) strapping bands. Widely used in packaging, logistics, and industrial bundling applications, this production line delivers consistent strap quality with precise dimensional control.

The system integrates a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with specially designed screw and barrel for optimal PP material plasticization. The complete line includes water cooling, drying, pre-heating and stretching units, embossing machine, and automatic winders - all synchronized via PLC control for stable and efficient production.
