The PP Strapping Band Production Line is a fully automatic extrusion system engineered for the continuous manufacturing of high-strength polypropylene (PP) strapping bands. Widely used in packaging, logistics, and industrial bundling applications, this production line delivers consistent strap quality with precise dimensional control.

The system integrates a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with specially designed screw and barrel for optimal PP material plasticization. The complete line includes water cooling, drying, pre-heating and stretching units, embossing machine, and automatic winders - all synchronized via PLC control for stable and efficient production.

Capable of processing both virgin and recycled PP materials, the line offers flexible output options with strap widths ranging from 8mm to 19mm, accommodating diverse customer requirements.
