Description
Fully Automatic PP Strap Production Line with PLC Control for Multiple Strap Manufacturing
  • This standard PP strap extrusion line is a fully automatic continuous single-screw extrusion system, specially developed for the production of high tensile strength polypropylene packing straps. Widely applied in packaging, logistics transport and industrial bundling, it produces straps with consistent dimensions and stable finished quality.
  • The extruder features tailor-made screw and barrel to realize outstanding plasticization of PP raw materials. The complete production set includes automatic feeding system, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying equipment, preheating & stretching assembly, embossing unit and several automatic winding machines. The PLC touch screen system provides centralized synchronous control for the whole line to guarantee stable operation and high productivity.
  • The line accepts both virgin PP pellets and recycled PP granules as raw materials. Color masterbatch can be added to realize custom colored straps. Finished strap width covers 5mm to 19mm while thickness can be adjusted from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, satisfying various bundling requirements for different industries.
