Automatic Packaging Line Offering Full Tube Color Film Packaging for Electrical Tape Rolls with Various Roll Quantity Options


Basic Use:

A production line for full-tube color film packaging, mainly used for packaging electrical tapes in tubes containing 4, 6, 8, or 10 rolls.

Equipment Advantages:

  • Flexible adjustment for tape label sizes.
  • Two-channel automatic material feeding function. It cooperates with automatic packaging machines to complete packaging for tapes marked on both sides.
  • Impulse cold-sealing cutter is adopted. Cutting edges stay smooth without preheating procedures. It simplifies operation and saves energy, with 500mm effective cutting width.
  • With patented design, operators adjust width and diameter via threaded handwheel to fit products with different widths.
  • Suitable for packaging transparent films as well as colored films, highly practical for diverse applications.
  • Entire working flow runs automatically at high speed and supports unmanned production.
