Automatic Packaging Line Designed to Optimize Production Speed and Enhance Packaging Accuracy in Manufacturing

Basic Use:

Widely used in tape, food, cosmetics, hardware, electronic originals, gift boxes and other industries shrink packaging, can also be used for OPP sealing tape flat packaging, can be 2 volumes, 4 volumes, 6 volumes, 8 volumes of combination packaging.

Equipment Advantages:

  • Special alloy treatment is applied on the sealing cutter. No film sticking occurs during operation. The sealing effect is solid, free of cracking, coking, fume and pollution.
  • Equipped with imported relays to convert electric signals to optical signals for transmission, which fulfills the function of electrical isolation.
  • All procedures including film sleeving, cutting, sealing and heat shrinking run continuously in one line. Integration with upstream feeding and sealing assembly lines enables unattended operation, saving labor and improving output efficiency.
  • Upgraded waste removal structure reduces film breakage failures and overcomes the common film breaking defect of conventional flat machines.
  • Constructed with non-stick Teflon, the material tray stays anti-adhesive permanently and owns excellent durability.
  • It supports uninterrupted high-speed production and realizes fully automatic unmanned running in the whole process.
