6) Wire Material: Ordinary carbon steel wire ( it is available for spray powder, leaching,
but is not available for stainless steel wire and electroplating wire ).

Fully Automatic Metal wire straightening and cutter

Machine Characters:

1) Using80*80 square pipe to weld frame.

2) Wire feeding servo motor is realized by synchronous belt and gear transmission.

The straightening modules are made of good quality alloy and there is water cooling for straightening bearing base.

3) The cutting tool (Cr steel) adopts Taiwan TBI guide and slide block.

4) The machine body is set up with necessary safety protection measures, operator needs to set up protection for wire feeding part.

Attention:

The distance needs to be 3 meters between wire feeder and machine.
The finished product container can be custom made.

Action Sequence:



1. Manually feed wire: Manually loosen coding handwheel and pressbutton of manual wire feeding, the wire will be transmitted to front wire feeding wheels, straighten wheels, coding wheels, rear wire feeding wheels for cutting position. Then manually tighten coding handwheel.

2. Preset cutting length, speed, parameters and press button ON, the machine will work automatically.
