Lemar's pipe rotary welding machine offers exceptional practicality and reliability. This roller-type pipe circular welding positioner serves as a versatile welding auxiliary device for welding pipes to pipes, pipes to flanges, bent pipes, T-shaped pipes, and pipes of different diameters with offset centers of gravity.
The equipment securely clamps pipes or flanges and rotates or tilts the workpiece to optimal welding positions as needed. Primarily used for rotary pipe welding across various industries including shipbuilding, chemical engineering, and skid-mounted equipment. This roller-type pipe welding positioner can also integrate with mobile cantilever welding machines to create automated welding systems.
