Spray Washer for Iron Hardware with High Temperature Spray Drying for Furniture Fittings

Spray Washer Overview:

Uses high-temperature (60-80℃) spray at 130bar to clean iron furniture fittings. Its rugged structure withstands heavy use, and the dryer cuts drying time by 30%. Suitable for furniture factories producing hinges and handles, removing rust inhibitors and welding residues.

Cleaning requirements Reference(residues):

1. Total weight less than or equal to 4.5mg

2. Metal diameter less than or equal to 600um

3. Non-metallic diameter less than or equal to 1800um

4. Fiber length is less than or equal to 4000um

5. After cleaning, there should be no watermark on the surface (with pure water machine), and it should be completely dry (blind hole)

Reference of process flow:(workpiece flow direction → left in and right out)

Manual feeding → ultrasonic cleaning → fixed-point spraying → air cutting → fixed-point spraying → mobile spraying → mobile air cutting → fixed-point air cutting → vacuum drying → cooling section → automatic unloading (truss manipulator) → full inspection and packaging

Configuration instructions
