Net Belt Type Spray Cleaning Line For Removing Oil And Wax From Water Kettles

Spray Cleaning Line Overview:

This net belt type spray cleaning line is specially designed for removing oil and wax from water kettles. It features a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt that smoothly transports kettles through 3 cleaning stages: pre-rinse (80bar), high-pressure spray (120bar with 60℃ hot water), and final rinse.

Equipped with 16 rotating nozzles, it targets both interior and exterior surfaces, effectively dissolving manufacturing oil, polishing wax, and fingerprints. The integrated 70℃ hot air drying system ensures kettles are moisture-free, ready for painting or assembly.

With adjustable belt speed (1-5m/min), it handles 200-500 kettles/hour, saving 40% labor vs manual cleaning. Compliant with food-grade standards, it’s ideal for stainless steel/ceramic kettle production lines, ensuring a spotless finish for household appliances.

Cleaning requirements Reference(residues):

1. Total weight less than or equal to 4.5mg

2. Metal diameter less than or equal to 600um

3. Non-metallic diameter less than or equal to 1800um

4. Fiber length is less than or equal to 4000um

5. After cleaning, there should be no watermark on the surface (with pure water machine), and it should be completely dry (blind hole)
